Job Description:
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Logistics staff supporting our activities in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance metrics.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Education: Formacion Professional (FP), Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
English is a must. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
Background in tech hardware, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
