AWS Technical Lead (Senior Specialist)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Lead to join our global Customer Identity & Consent (CIC) team.

You will lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions on AWS, while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across multiple initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for AWS-based applications and platforms

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code review support to engineering teams

• Drive adoption of cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven architectures

• Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams

• Support production operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, VPC, and IAM

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Git-based development

• Solid background in Node.js/TypeScript and distributed systems

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• AWS certifications

• Experience with identity and access management platforms (SAP CDC, Auth0, Cognito, etc.)

• AI experience (Claude, GitHub, etc.)
