Role overview:
We're looking for a Lifecycle Engineering (LCE) Intern to join the Rolls-Royce Singapore Customer Regional Team, supporting the Asia-Pacific and Greater China regions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of engineering activities in the Lifecycle engineering team
  • Investigating and resolving real technical queries raised by airline customers across the Asia-Pacific and Greater China regions
  • Having the opportunity to learn from and review current technical manuals
  • Supporting transformational and process improvement activities within the engineering team (e.g. hands-on learning with Power BI dashboard)
  • Gaining hands-on experience by observing and capturing evidence from engine hardware at our joint venture overhaul facility, Singapore Aero Engine Services Pte Ltd (SAESL)
  • Getting exposure to coordinating and supporting technical customer meetings with airlines

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Engineering students currently at university - ideally in the final year of study
  • A strong interest in the aviation industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to be learn and be curious
