How will you make an impact & Requirements
About the Role
We’re seeking a Medical Assistant II to support our back‑office clinical team. You’ll work directly with providers, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for visits, exams, and procedures
Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and document medications/allergies
Perform in‑office procedures: EKG, spirometry, peak flow, bone density, nebulizer treatments
Relay lab results and follow‑up instructions to patients
Assist providers with exams and in‑office procedures
Administer immunizations and injections and monitor patients afterward
Handle incoming calls from patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices
Communicate test results and next steps clearly and accurately
Process medication refill requests following provider protocols
Clean and sanitize exam rooms; sterilize instruments
Support clinic operations and collaborate with all departments
Required Qualifications
1 year of back‑office Medical Assistant experience (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Dependable, polite, and patient‑focused
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Able to adapt quickly and problem‑solve in a busy clinic
Team‑oriented and committed to delivering excellent care
Athena EMR experience is a plus

Compensation Range:
$20.00to
$30.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
