Pet Parent Relationship Manager (Sales and Marketing)

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALES POSITION IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE.

What we Are Looking For You To Do For Us:

• Lead marketing initiatives in order to increase number of customer leads.
• Convert lead calls to Meet and Greets.
• Convert prospects into clients.
• Retain current clients and increase frequency of these clients.
• Assist in improving customer satisfaction ratings.

Your Qualifications

• Must love dogs!
• Proactive-results focused, self-starter, anticipator.
• Strong sales and customer service skills and experience.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.

As the Business Development Manager you are responsible to work with Pet Parents and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction, while growing our client-base.
