About the Opportunity:

 

This is an opportunity for a Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize the leasing and marketing efforts for a 164 unit, free market luxury rental building in prime New Rochelle, New York. The Leasing Manager will lead the property marketing and leasing program at our client’s location of a luxury high rise residential building located in vibrant downtown New Rochelle. The Leasing Manager is responsible for various sales and marketing projects and for ensuring that all policies related to branding, leasing and marketing are fulfilled. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for reaching leasing goals and develop strategic plans for achieving budgeted occupancy by leading the leasing and marketing efforts and the leasing team.

Our client is a real estate brokerage and marketing firm that specializes in the leasing and marketing of rental properties all over the NYC tri-state area.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

• List, market, and rent available units

 

• Attend and participate in leasing and marketing calls/meetings

 

• Assist with the recruiting and interviewing of new Leasing Specialists

 

• Establish sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and closing ratios

 

• Conduct regular marketing research and maintain thorough product and market knowledge

 

• Complete and submit accurate reports in a timely manner as required

 

• Lead the team in the preparation and accurate maintenance of all leasing paperwork

 

• Conduct audits as needed to ensure completion of all files and that this information is accurately represented in Yardi

 

• Recommend new strategies as the market evolves

 

• Build and maintain community relationships

 

• Perform various special projects and tasks as directed

 

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in as a Leasing Manager in Luxury Apartment Rentals preferred; Lease up experience is a plus; knowledge of the Westchester and New Rochelle markets is a plus

 

• Yardi software experience a plus

 

• Outgoing, dynamic personality, willingness to engage the team. Ability to train, motivate and develop team members. Goal oriented. Ability to work independently and lead a group

 

• Must be licensed in the State of New York (Real Estate)

 

Compensation

$75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus commissions on all rentals
