Summary:
Are you a seasoned compliance professional ready to build and own an enterprise-level governance structure from the ground up?Do you have the strategic vision and regulatory authority to protect a fast-growing business while navigating complex statutory landscapes?
We are hiring a Regulatory Compliance Lead to design, implement, and maintain the overarching framework that governs our company-wide statutory and regulatory compliance. In this high-visibility role, you will safeguard our operational integrity, oversee licensing frameworks, and manage critical regulatory engagements.
Main responsibilities:
Develop a compliance framework to oversee overall compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, including industry-specific regulations such as Ofwat and environmental legislation.
Support the Regulatory Lawyer to manage and monitor Licence compliance, coordinating appropriate responses to modifications and changes.
Provide programme management of the delivery of enforcement actions
Supervise compliance regarding relevant Charging rules.
Establish, manage, and monitor reporting on undertakings, driving internal meetings to guarantee actions progress against agreed milestones.
Support the administration of all operations related to the external monitor and compile all necessary performance documentation.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Professional experience in a regulated industry (preferably in utilities or water sectors) is a significant advantage.
