Sales Development Representative

ATBS is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team! The ideal candidate enjoys working in an upbeat, positive atmosphere with a close-knit team. As our team is the first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in determining if potential clients are a perfect match for the unparalleled tax, accounting, and consulting services ATBS offers. This role is in office and is designed for someone with a sales background and who has interest in helping develop a team. About the Opportunity:

• Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services
• Effectively answer questions and place clients in the correct level of service
• Initiate outbound phone calls and emails to actively connect with leads
• Help us define and improve best practices for the role
• Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS

About Your Expertise:

• College Degree Preferred (High School diploma or GED required)
• Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus
• Previous sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing experience required

About the Pay:

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, with an additional $10,000 - $25,000 in commission potential. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, academic achievements and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.

Role Expectations:

• The expectation is 4-6 hours of talk time and 150+ outbound calls every day
• Lead lists provided (cold to lukewarm trucking industry leads)
• Always something to do - very self driven role
