Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring and supporting the timely completion of AML related closure activities within the client-managed space. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective organization, and the ability to independently manage and track closure activities while applying sound risk-management judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor AML closure activities and maintain accurate tracking of outstanding actions and deliverables
- Manage and maintain closure documentation and supporting materials within SharePoint
- Review closure activities for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established requirements
- Identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and appropriately escalate issues when needed
- Follow up with stakeholders to support timely resolution and closure of outstanding items
- Maintain clear and organized records to support transparency, reporting, and audit readiness
- Apply a risk-management mindset when evaluating closure activities and determining when additional review or escalation may be appropriate
- Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure closure activities are completed appropriately and sustainably
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years AML experience
- Basic working knowledge of SharePoint and the ability to navigate and maintain tracking and documentation sites
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Strong follow-up and task-management skills
- Ability to understand processes, identify potential risks or gaps, and apply sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
