Grocery & Perishables Stocker

Location: Rainbow Acres Natural Foods, Venice, CA
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Store Managers & Store Director

Position Summary

Stockers ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, faced, rotated, and organized. They support department cleanliness and respond to customer requests.

Core Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
• Rotate products by date and remove expired items.
• Maintain signage, labels, and pricing accuracy.
• Support inventory counts and restocking.
• Keep aisles clean and accessible for customers.

Key Qualifications

• Grocery or stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Customer service mindset.

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
• Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
• Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
