- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Manufacturing to identify opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Capture and communicate customer needs, unmet market requirements, and emerging industry trends to guide future product development.
- Support stage-gate development programs and customer qualification projects for new film technologies.
- Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and application-focused technical documentation.
- Lead and support R&D prototyping, laboratory evaluations, and application testing to validate product performance against critical customer CTQs, including high-voltage insulation, electrical reliability, mechanical durability, and extreme temperature resistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in electronics materials, specialty films, components, semiconductor packaging, or related industries.
- Strong customer-facing technical problem-solving skills.
