Nursery Manager
Up to £40,000 per year | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
Leading an Outstanding nursery is about more than maintaining standards, it's about inspiring a team, nurturing a positive culture, and ensuring every child receives the very best start in life.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality early years education. The nursery provides a warm, creative environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn through play, supported by a dedicated and passionate team.
Outdoor learning is a key part of the nursery's ethos. Children enjoy access to three secure outdoor play areas as well as a dedicated outdoor learning space, giving them daily opportunities to explore, build confidence, and develop a love of the natural world.
This is a predominantly office-based management role, ideal for an experienced Nursery Manager who enjoys leading teams, driving quality, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a successful nursery.
