What You'll Do
- Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties
- Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions
- Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Review estimates, establish reserves, and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support the resolution of complex, disputed, and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses
- 2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience
- Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys
- Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements
- Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred
