Salary range (but not limited to):

69,200 - 84,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Accepter, rejeter, approuver, renouveler ou annuler les polices conformément aux directives et procédures de souscription d'Intact, aux lois et règlements applicables et sous réserve du niveau d'autorité spécifié par le responsable de la souscription.
• Développer des opportunités commerciales et des relations significatives à long terme avec nos courtiers partenaires en fournissant un service légendaire.
• Utiliser les compétences de négociation pour maintenir des relations saines au sein et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise.
• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et faire des recommandations aux courtiers par correspondance verbale et écrite.
• Participer aux visites des courtiers, aux fonctions de l'industrie et aux événements de marketing à l'appui du développement des relations avec les courtiers.
• Examiner les rapports de souscription et faire des recommandations au besoin.
• Communiquer les changements liés à la tarification des produits, aux directives de souscription et aux nouveaux produits.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience à titre de souscripteur en assurance commerciale, volets biens et responsabilité civile
• Solides compétences en service à la clientèle
• Faire preuve d'initiative, capacité de travailler sous pression et être flexible pour changer
• Solides capacités d'analyse, de négociation et sens des affaires
• Capacité à développer et à maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les courtiers
• Capacité à prendre des décisions dans des situations urgentes, à résoudre des problèmes complexes, à recommander des mesures à prendre et à prendre des risques calculés
• Excellentes capacités de communication verbales et écrites
• Bonne connaissance des produits Microsoft Office avec une maîtrise intermédiaire d'Excel
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
