Assistant Leasing Partner X2 | UnitingCare
Employment Term: 1x Permanent Full Time (Commercial & Residential) and 1x Maximum Term Full Time – 12 Months (Retail)
Location: Ipswich
Remuneration: $40.49 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Are you organised, proactive, and looking to build your career in property and leasing? Join the UnitingCare Family and Disability Services Property Team as an Assistant Leasing Partner and help support the spaces that enable essential services to be delivered across Queensland.
In this role, you will work closely with our Leasing Partner/s to coordinate leasing activities across our Family and Disability Services (FaDS) specifically working with our Retail network or in our commercial and residential property portfolios. You will play an important role in ensuring our properties are well-managed, compliant, and continue to support our mission of strengthening communities and improving lives.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Support leasing transactions, renewals, commencements and lease administration activities.
Manage property invoices, rent schedules, outgoings and financial records.
Assist with budgeting and property expenditure monitoring.
Support site leaders with leasing and property compliance requirements.
Coordinate documentation for audits and reporting activities.
Collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance and WHS teams to identify and manage property-related risks.
Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team environment.
What you will bring:
Experience in property administration, leasing, real estate or a similar coordination role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
Sound financial administration and budgeting capability.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Property or Real Estate qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Current Australian Driver Licence
