Peds First Pediatrics, part of Allied Physicians Group, is seeking a Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established practice in Long Beach, New York. You'll step into engaged patient populations, strong community referral relationships, and the support of a physician-led network of 150+ clinicians.

Your Practice

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child visits and preventive services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support healthy growth, development, and overall wellness.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications within scope of practice, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document efficiently and accurately in athenaOne EMR.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and incorporate evidence-based pediatric practices into daily patient care.

Qualifications

• Active New York State NP or PA License
• Current DEA Registration
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
• Previous pediatric experience preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (AthenaOne preferred).
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
