As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our market-wide Talent & Organization Center of Excellence (Talent CoE) in Spain and are looking for a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale business, digital, HR, and organizational transformations for leading international clients. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
Working alongside business, technology, and delivery teams, you will help organizations prepare for change, engage stakeholders, build capabilities, and accelerate adoption through effective change management, communications, learning, and business readiness strategies.
Functions
Support the delivery of change management activities across transformation projects.
Contribute to stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify how changes affect employees and business teams.
Assist in the preparation and execution of communication and engagement plans.
Create communication materials, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, and project updates.
Support the design and development of training materials, learning journeys, and enablement resources.
Help coordinate change champion and ambassador networks.
Contribute to business readiness and adoption tracking activities.
Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality client deliverables and project documentation.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Support project governance, reporting, action logs, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with business, HR, technology, and project teams in multicultural environments.
Conduct research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and support the identification of adoption risks and opportunities.
Assist in the tracking of communication, training, and adoption metrics.
Contribute to proposal development, internal initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create professional presentations and communication materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in team-based and international environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools, exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a strong asset.
Analytical skills to measure adoption and business readiness; Power BI experience is a plus
Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
Spanish or any other language is a plus.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Work Modality
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain while being aligned to either our Barcelona or Madrid office. Occasional in-person attendance may be required for team meetings, collaboration sessions, client activities, and key events.
Candidates must reside in Spain and have the legal authorization to work in Spain.
