Reporting to the Head of Investment Product Sales, this role will be responsible for driving asset growth, opening new relationships, and expanding the reach of SEI's investment capabilities across the RIA, independent broker-dealer, and asset management channels. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial opportunity for a sales professional who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future growth of SEI's asset management business.

  • Partner with the Head of Investment Product Sales and broader Commercialization team to execute go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and enhance SEI's visibility and market presence.

Open New Relationships
Expand SEI's reach by developing relationships with advisors, CIOs, investment teams, asset managers, and other key decision-makers.

  • Own a defined territory and proactively cultivate relationships across RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and asset management firms.
  • Create new business opportunities, deepen engagement with key decision-makers, and establish SEI as a trusted investment partner within the territory.

Leverage the Power of One SEI
Work across the organization to maximize distribution opportunities and improve client outcomes.

  • Partner with sales, product, investment management, and marketing teams to drive commercialization efforts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage existing SEI relationships and capabilities to expand client opportunities and deliver better outcomes.

What We Need From You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of investment product sales, distribution, or business development experience.
  • Proven success generating net new assets, revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors, build relationships, and influence advisors, CIOs, and investment decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of advisor distribution channels, investment products, and commercialization strategies.
  • Experience developing and managing a high-quality sales pipeline with disciplined follow-through.
  • Existing relationships within the RIA, independent broker-dealer, and/or asset management community preferred.
  • FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66) or ability to obtain.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $175k-$225k with additional compensation able to be earned.
