About The Role
As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead two talented teams to deliver outstanding member service, drive branch performance, and empower staff to help members achieve financial wellbeing every day. What You’ll Do
- Lead branch staff to drive performance and deliver outstanding member service
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash management, and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with members to identify and meet their financial needs
- Support Tellers and Personal Bankers with complex member issues, escalations, and serve as backup as needed
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales/service goals
- Represent Arbor at community events
Is This You?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in retail banking and 1+ year of leadership experience
- Strong coaching, communication, member service, and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations
- Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft 365
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, occasional offsite travel
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Able to be bonded (Age 18+)
- Preferred But Not Required: Bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related) or equivalent experience, experience with Fiserv DNA, consumer lending and/or sales experience
