Production Manager__

Your role and responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining equipment in the workshop.
Provide professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service activities.
Complete assigned service tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently while following company procedures and quality standards.
Participate in training and development opportunities to build technical skills, product knowledge, and service expertise.
Qualifications for the role
Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence required.
Completed apprenticeship or recently qualified electrician looking to build experience in the electrical industry.
Exposure to switchgear, control panels, electrical installations, or maintenance activities would be highly regarded.
Basic understanding of electrical testing principles and safe work practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate professionally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
