About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers, and internal specialists to develop tailored advice strategies and help deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers and internal specialists to develop tailored advice and investment strategies.
Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) within agreed service standards and timeframes.
Produce financial modelling, calculations and detailed cash flow analysis.
Meet individual productivity and quality targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies within processes, tools and templates.
Support effective risk and compliance management by ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or equivalent qualification.
Completed FASEA / RG146 training requirements and ongoing professional development.
A minimum of three years' paraplanning experience.
Demonstrated experience using Xplan financial planning software.
Experience preparing investment and strategic advice across areas such as:
Superannuation consolidation
Retirement planning
Personal insurance
Wealth structuring
Taxation strategies
Income streams
Cash flow modelling
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
