JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Night Audit Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees. Accurately balances and audits the hotel’s income and expenses for the current 24-hour period.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- New rate April 5th: $15.50 - $16.50/hr. – Biweekly (every two weeks)

SCHEDULE:
- Part-time: 15-29 hours per week depending on level of business forecasted
- Days of week/weekend scheduled will vary depending on level of business forecasted.
- Shift options: 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM depending on business levels
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Provide exceptional customer service with smiles and empathy.
- Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Interact with fellow team members professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies.
- Maintain house bank and able to handle cash.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors.
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Balance and audit hotel revenue accuracy, cashier’s reports, guest, and house accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenue.
- Any other tasks assigned by a Leadership.
