- Problem-solve throughout the day, coming up with solutions for last-minute talent requests, for example, to best optimize our internal talent’s utilization across departments and ensure projects have the talent they need to deliver
- Work closely with the production operations team to make sure we are coming up with creative and strategic solutions to utilize our internal talent best and reduce freelance costs
- Use of our capacity planning tool, making sure it is kept accurate as a centralized repository for utilization data
- Help improve Production Ops, making and implementing recommendations around process, tools, tracking, communications, team, etc
- Partner with Executive Producers, Producers and discipline leads to best allocate the time of internal talent
- Oversee special case and retainer contracts, working with the talent team to track against FTE start dates
- Work closely with the finance team on billing for intercompany and freelance support
- Although the role has a strong project management foundation, the main focus should be on resourcing, casting, and capacity planning. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting talent with opportunities and solving staffing challenges more than managing projects end-to-end (though they will manage them when required).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills are key. This person will interact with multiple teams, disciplines, and leaders globally, so they must be comfortable managing expectations and adapting to different ways of working.
- While they won't have direct people management responsibilities, we do need someone who builds strong relationships with the teams, understands their strengths, interests, and challenges, and can become a trusted point of contact when needs or issues arise
- Building alignment between stakeholders to meet business objectives
- Problem-solving, attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of Digital Agency production timelines
- Understanding of the different departments, and associated roles and skill sets (motion, UX, strategy, QA, creative, development)
- You have 4 years of Digital experience in a similar role.
- Proven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You are used to dealing with complex pipelines.
- You are an independent and structured worker.
- You can communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
