Job Summary

1. Control and oversee the quality and quantity of products before delivery to customers.
2. Plan the re-inspection of non-conforming products (Resort) to recover them as sellable goods.
3. Supervise, manage, and improve employee performance to achieve maximum efficiency.

Job Description:

1. Control and monitor daily defect reports for each production line and report to the Glass Production Lead, including preparing QI system inventory reports and monthly summaries. 2.Plan manpower allocation and design production lines for repackaging and resorting products to align with sales plans, ensuring sufficient product availability for customer delivery. 3. Design and verify data on packaging and consumable materials before entering into the SAP system, and control the usage of packing materials to ensure sufficient supply for operations. 4.Oversee cleaning activities in work areas, especially at the end of production lines, and inspect for unsafe conditions or actions within the factory, taking corrective action as needed. 5. Order necessary consumables and spare parts for the department to ensure adequate supply for operations. 6. Prepare documents and compile monthly departmental reports, and carry out activities related to ISO systems, GHPs, and HACCP. 7. Perform other related duties as assigned
