Description
Key Responsibilities
1. On-site follow production process, write, update, version control operation SOP, work instruction,
operation checklist for each workstation.
2. Communicate with process, quality, equipment team to adjust SOP when product structure, tooling,
equipment and process parameters are changed.
3. Train line leaders and operators to follow standardized operation, supervise on-site execution status,
rectify irregular operation behaviors.
4. Combine lean production & TPS standard work, optimize operation rhythm, man-hour measurement,
balance production cycle, eliminate redundant actions.
5. Collect abnormal feedback from production line, revise operation documents to reduce defect rate and operation risks.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing related majors.
2. 1+ year manufacturing SOP drafting or clerical work experience, familiar with workshop production
flow, able to take on-site photos to compile WI/SOP.
3. Skilled in Office Word, Excel, Visio to draw operation flow chart;
4. Good on-site communication, patient training frontline staff, able to adapt to workshop on-site work.
