The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a motivated, persistent, and curious individual to join our sales development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting the Americas Digital Media or Digital Experience organization.
As a BDR, you are the first point of contact for prospects and a critical partner to our Account Executive teams. You will prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline that drives revenue growth. You'll engage senior business leaders and decision makers across marketing, digital, and commercial functions; building relationships, uncovering needs, and creating opportunities through personalized, multi-channel outreach.
This role is a proven launchpad. BDRs who demonstrate strong performance have a clear path into Account Executive, Inside Sales, and Sales Development roles. If you're looking for a place to build a sales career, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, video, email, and social channels
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop personalized outreach that creates meaningful business conversations
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven communication
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategy and move opportunities forward
- Handle prospect objections with curiosity and confidence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's solutions and competitive positioning
- Keep accurate, organized records in CRM and pipeline tracking tools
What You Need to Succeed
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience working toward measurable goals in sales, customer-facing roles, or an environment where performance was tracked
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're clear, concise, and engaging across channels
- Curiosity — you ask thoughtful questions and you do your research
- Adaptability — you adjust your approach based on what you learn, and you don't let setbacks stop your momentum
- Organization and ownership — you manage multiple priorities successfully and own the outcome
- Collaborative instincts — you work well with AEs, peers, and cross-functional partners toward shared goals
- Comfort with technology — you pick up new ideas and tools quickly and implement them into your work
- Preferred experience with sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
