Its technology is already used by millions of customers around the world, helping entrepreneurs, creators and small businesses turn ideas into brands and build their digital presence.= But what makes the next chapter particularly exciting is AI.

The way people create websites, brands, content and digital experiences is undergoing a fundamental shift. AI-native products are dramatically changing customer expectations around what can be created, how quickly it can be done and how much technical or design expertise is required.

Rather than watching that disruption from the sidelines, this business wants to be at the forefront of it. They're investing in AI, experimenting with emerging technologies and exploring how LLMs and generative AI can be embedded deeply within their product ecosystem - not simply adding an AI layer to existing tools, but rethinking what the next generation of digital creation could look like.

The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of three core hero products for the business, strategically important customer-facing products across the company's digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and senior leadership to determine where the biggest opportunities are, which problems are worth solving and where the business should place its next product bets.

A major part of that will be exploring how AI fundamentally changes these products. You'll own the strategy and roadmap, lead discovery and prioritisation, work closely with Design and Engineering through execution, and use customer behaviour, experimentation and commercial data to determine what comes next.

There are far more opportunities than the team can possibly build, so strong Product judgement will be critical. You'll need to confidently determine what matters, what doesn't and why.

The Experience

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited about where AI is taking digital products, but who brings strong fundamental Product craft alongside that curiosity.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience across customer-facing digital products, SaaS, consumer technology or product-led platforms.
• Experience owning sophisticated, feature-rich web or digital products rather than simply delivering projects.
• Strong Product strategy and prioritisation skills, with evidence of making difficult investment and roadmap decisions.
• A genuine customer discovery mindset and the ability to turn customer problems into compelling Product opportunities.
• Strong commercial thinking, connecting Product decisions to activation, conversion, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Experience with experimentation, behavioural data, funnels, A/B testing and evidence-led Product development.
• A strong appreciation for UX and the ability to partner deeply with Design and Engineering.
• Curiosity around AI, LLMs and generative technology, ideally with practical examples of how you're already using or experimenting with AI.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where you'll move between strategy and hands-on execution.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions and articulate not only what should be built, but why it deserves investment.

Direct website-builder experience would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're more interested in people who have owned sophisticated customer-facing products where customer behaviour, UX, technology and commercial outcomes intersect.
