Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead projects focused on data design, implementation, and the translation of Alpha’s requirements into scalable client reporting solutions. This role will partner closely with operations, technology, and client teams to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
In this position, you will lead the analysis of business requirements and technical solutions to deliver high-quality, client-ready data capabilities.
You will collaborate with data experts and sourcing teams to validate critical data requirements and serve as a key subject matter expert across the Alpha organization. The role also includes supporting prioritization, development planning, and requirements gathering in partnership with the client reporting project team.
The successful candidate will bring a strong focus on client outcomes, execution discipline, and performance excellence.

This role is central to ensuring that high-quality data from multiple internal and external sources—including IBOR, ABOR, performance platforms, market data vendors, and client-supplied inputs—is transformed into meaningful, accessible insights for clients. By enabling direct client access to data through ADP, this position helps strengthen transparency, usability, and the overall client experience.
This role requires a hybrid work model (3 days from the office/week).
What you will be responsible for
- Lead projects in the design and implementation of data flow and data accuracy, partnering with operations, clients, and technology teams to deliver key initiatives.
- Analyze technical solutions against business requirements and work with business teams to identify and document needs.
- Develop data and functional requirements, along with effort estimates, for deploying new capabilities.
- Participate in information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessions.
- Complete data analysis, profiling, and data mapping activities.
- Interface with data experts and data sourcing resources, and assist with data validation.
- Support the development of conceptual and logical data models with appropriate business context.
- Perform gap analysis on complex financial data.
- Ensure project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and compliant with all applicable internal and external requirements.
- Apply analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking to improve performance.
- Study, evaluate, and document current and future business processes while staying aligned with strategic goals.
- Support user training, documentation, and rollout activities.
- Contribute to overall project management and business strategy related to information delivery.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and clients.
What we value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, data management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in data management, business analysis, client reporting, or financial services operations.
- Strong understanding of data sourcing, data validation, and data flow design.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of investment data domains, client reporting, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with data profiling, mapping, gap analysis, and logical data modeling.
- Familiarity with information delivery, business intelligence, or reporting strategy initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across teams.
Minimum Salary:
zł132 000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
