Position Summary
As a Sales and Service Specialist, you'll help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing the skills needed for a long-term career with Bridgestone Retail Operations. This role is designed as a pathway for future growth, helping you build valuable experience while preparing for additional opportunities across our retail network.Whether you're just getting started or bringing previous retail or automotive experience, you'll join a team that invests in your success through hands-on training, mentorship, and career development. Responsibilities
You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day success of the store.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training
Previous retail sales experience
Previous automotive experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
