Job Description
We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded People Operations Manager - Data & Programs to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering workforce insights, remuneration programs, job architecture governance, and people operational initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the business.
This is a unique opportunity for a people-focused professional who is passionate about leveraging data to uncover meaningful insights, influence decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
About the Role
Reporting to the People Operations Director, you'll work closely with People & Culture leaders, Centres of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality workforce reporting, support remuneration and job architecture initiatives, and enhance employee data governance and operational excellence.
Your ability to analyse complex workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations will help shape key people decisions across the Groupe.
This role will lead, coach, and develop our People Operations Executive, providing guidance and support to build capability, enhance performance, and contribute to a high-performing People team.
What you’ll be doing
Workforce Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and people metrics.
- Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, recruitment, employee movements, absenteeism, diversity, and demographics.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Reward & Job Architecture
- Support the administration and delivery of annual remuneration review processes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Assist with pay equity reporting and remuneration insights.
- Maintain and support job architecture and job family frameworks.
People Programs & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate project planning, implementation, and reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve people processes, reporting capability, and operational effectiveness.
- Support change initiatives across the People & Culture function.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data.
- Conduct audits and validation activities.
- Support compliance with privacy obligations, reporting standards, and internal policies.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in People Operations, Reward, HR Analytics, Workforce Reporting, or a similar People & Culture discipline.
- Experience supporting remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, or job architecture initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced Excel capability, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and workforce data analysis.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
- Power BI experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- A commitment to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI tools and automation technologies will be highly regarded.
