Design Consultant - Part Time

You’ll be joining our Centre de liquidation EQ3 Laval team at 1828 Boul. le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1, in a part time capacity

What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
• Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
• Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
• Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
• Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in a retail sales environment
• A competitive, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in a commission-based environment
• Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and accountable
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our part-time Design Consultants typically earn between $18–$25 hourly, with top performers exceeding that range.
