Live-In | Private-Duty Home Care | Florida Assignment

Affirmed Home Care, based in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a unique private-duty assignment requiring travel with a client to Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys one-on-one care, meaningful patient relationships, and providing personalized support in a home setting.

Position Details

• Live-in assignment

• November 2026 through April 2027

• RN will travel to Florida with the client and stay in the client’s home

• One-on-one private-duty care

• Medication management

• Supervision and assistance with activities of daily living

• Companionship and engagement in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation

• Transportation to medical appointments, errands, and dining

• Regular communication with the client’s POA regarding care

• Advocacy and support for the client

• Male RN preferred based on client request

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care

• Current BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with a live-in assignment and extended stay in Florida
