Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.

The position is within the Enterprise Credit Commercial Accelerated Solutions and Tools (ASAT) team. The ASAT team supports Enterprise Credit Commercial by performing diverse functions that include process design, building tools and capabilities to drive efficiencies within the team, analytics, reporting, and process improvement.  The team acts as a proactive and strategic business partner and design system architect for key initiatives. The candidate must be able to comprehend high level business requirements, translate those into technical requirements and specifications, and then architect the development of those features.

The ASAT team is part of a larger group consisting of theHUB administration team. theHUB is a new workflow tool being developed within the Enterprise Credit COO team. The candidate will be expected to become familiar with the tool and support its ongoing development. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
  • Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
  • Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
  • Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits
  • Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, Suppliers, Inputs, Outputs, and Customers (SIPOC), Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) process maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Alteryx workflows to support reporting, sampling, and data capture activities.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting and sampling solutions in support of Quality Review processes and other data capture solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Data Quality Review reporting and analytical support.
  • Support the development of Tableau reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Continuously expand technical and business knowledge to support evolving team and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in process design.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining, and deploying Alteryx workflows, including publishing to Alteryx Server.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Strong Microsoft Access experience, including database design, maintenance, and reporting support.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective tactical and strategic solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to share knowledge, train users, and support process improvements across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing as an active team member.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sampling methodologies, testing strategies, and quality review processes.
  • Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Database experience, including SQL development and query writing.
  • Project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of the Enterprise Credit Commercial organization and its processes.
  • Experience administering and supporting SharePoint-based solutions, including forms, lists, and site management.
  • Understanding of SharePoint capabilities, limitations, and performance considerations for large data sets.
