  • Proven track record managing national accounts, engaging senior-level stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of distributor operations, transportation planning, inventory management, fulfillment, pricing, revenue growth management, and route-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to interpret distributor performance data, shipment trends, customer scorecards, forecast variance, and AI-generated insights to identify opportunities and drive actions that improve revenue, margin, service, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative business planning, influence executive stakeholders, manage change, and translate complex business issues into clear priorities and actions.

What We'll Do for You

  • Offer a high-impact leadership opportunity with visibility across national foodservice distribution, bottler partnerships, customer planning, commercialization, digital transformation, and revenue growth priorities.
  • Provide the platform to influence enterprise-level strategy, strengthen critical distributor relationships, and shape how Coca-Cola serves foodservice customers across North America.
  • Support professional growth through complex, cross-functional leadership experiences that connect sales strategy, supply chain execution, customer growth, and digital capability building.
  • Provide competitive compensation, incentive opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package aligned with company programs and role requirements.
