Job Description Summary:
The Sales Director – National Foodservice Distribution will serve as the primary contact for key Foodservice Distributors and will be responsible for shaping and executing Coca-Cola’s national distribution strategy across North America.
This role, requiring a blend of operational and commercial capabilities, will drive profitable growth by building distributor and bottler partnerships that connect customer planning, data-driven insights, pricing discipline, innovation commercialization, and best-in-class fulfillment performance into one commercial agenda.
What You'll Do for Us
- Lead the development and execution of long-term volume growth strategies with Foodservice Distributors and Coca-Cola Bottlers.
- Build collaborative/joint business plans that translate strategic priorities into clear execution actions, delivering aligned business goals and measurable value.
- Identify and activate growth opportunities through new outlet acquisition, brand expansion, velocity improvement, emerging channels, and digital-first platforms.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies with Distributors and Bottlers to improve service levels, inventory health, order reliability, and execution consistency while supporting growth objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators through internal and external data sources, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to identify performance gaps, uncover insights, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Lead planning for new product launches, limited-time offers, emerging brands, package transitions, and distributor-specific execution requirements.
- Represent Coca-Cola in Distributor and Bottler forums, top-to-top reviews, industry councils, and joint business planning routines.
- Maintain strong awareness of competitive activity and communicate relevant market insights and implications in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within foodservice, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or distributor environments.
- Proven track record managing national accounts, engaging senior-level stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of distributor operations, transportation planning, inventory management, fulfillment, pricing, revenue growth management, and route-to-market strategy.
- Ability to interpret distributor performance data, shipment trends, customer scorecards, forecast variance, and AI-generated insights to identify opportunities and drive actions that improve revenue, margin, service, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative business planning, influence executive stakeholders, manage change, and translate complex business issues into clear priorities and actions.

Pay Range:
United States: 141,000 - 165,200 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
