For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise solutions /Framework, routing, reporting, routine engine - URS);
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development;
- Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies: SIP protocol, RTP, SDP and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, etc.);
- Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting (Genesys Info Mart);
- Experience with React or Vue/Angular for building modern, responsive user interface/agent dashboards;
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services integration;
- Experience or strong interest in Diabolocom (or experience migrating from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions like Diabolocom) is a plus;
- Holder of Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer certification is a plus;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus;
- Fluency in English (B2 Level);
- Fluency in French (B2 Level) is a plus;
- Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
