We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join our Client Services team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will support the administration of a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring client relationships and transactions are managed efficiently, accurately and to a high professional standard. Working closely with colleagues, clients and overseas offices, you will provide company administration and governance support across a range of corporate structures and jurisdictions.

About the role
In this role, you'll:
Assist with the incorporation and registration of entities in Hong Kong and, where required, offshore jurisdictions.
Prepare and coordinate statutory and regulatory filings with the Hong Kong Companies Registry and overseas authorities.
Provide ongoing company administration and company secretarial support to a portfolio of corporate clients.
Draft board minutes, written resolutions and other supporting corporate documentation.
Maintain accurate entity records within the firm's corporate services practice management systems.
Manage and maintain statutory records, minute books and transaction files.
Support client onboarding and ongoing Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
Coordinate invoicing, payments and the collection of annual fees.
Liaise with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Support ad hoc projects and undertake additional duties as required.
About you – essential requirements
Proven experience in corporate administration and company secretarial services for Hong Kong entities.
Demonstrable knowledge of Hong Kong corporate governance, statutory filing and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using legal or corporate administration systems.
Excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment while meeting deadlines.
Business fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
