Position overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic and Production Designer to join our Pan-European Marketing team. In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality multilingual literature and digital assets for customers and Wellness Advocates across Europe.
Working closely with experienced designers and marketing colleagues, you will combine accurate production work with opportunities to contribute to a wider range of creative projects.
Key responsibilities:
Incorporate translated copy and edits into English master documents using InDesign
Proofread and quality-check multilingual materials
Prepare and export artwork for print and digital use
Support creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining dōTERRA’s brand standards
Collaborate with colleagues across the European and US teams
Qualifications and experience:
A degree or higher qualification in graphic design or a related subject
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in graphic or production design; strong graduates with relevant practical experience will also be considered
A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and style
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of preparing files for print and digital use
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills
A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
Experience with multilingual documents, Adobe After Effects or similar motion-design software, and direct selling or network marketing would be an advantage but is not essential.
