Additionally, we are looking for students who are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset
- Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in financial insights and business performance
- Comfortable working with data and presentation tools to analyze information, communicate recommendations, and learn business systems (e.g., SAP)
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST
- Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution
- Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027
- Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Finance Intern, you'll support the financial management of Nike's EMEA business while gaining hands-on experience within one of our Finance teams, including Planning, Accounting, Controlling, Customer Finance, or Strategic Investments. You'll work with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, support decision-making, and help drive business performance.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and analyze financial reports and insights that support business performance and decision-making
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI planning processes to help drive financial accuracy and accountability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial policies, procedures, and business objectives
- Contribute to financial planning, cash flow management, and other core finance activities that support the EMEA business
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
