The Opportunity

As a Louisville - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, supporting teams and participating in projects that focus on digital assurance. Within our Assurance practice, you will gain exposure to PwC's methodologies, contributing to the integrity and transparency of financial reporting. This role offers a unique chance to observe and learn from experienced professionals, enhancing your understanding of audit and assurance processes.

As an Intern, you will support teams by performing basic tasks and conducting research, while actively participating in projects. Responsibilities

- Supporting audit teams in conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting
- Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of data to uphold transparency and integrity in financial assessments
- Engaging in basic tasks and research to contribute to the team's success and project goals
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and gain confidence in decision-making processes
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
- Collaborating with team members to enhance understanding of compliance and governance processes
- Utilizing cloud engineering principles to support the systematic approach to audit processes
- Accepting feedback constructively to improve performance and contribute positively to team dynamics

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
