Key Responsibilities:

Performs entry-level production and manufacturing support activities in a production environment. Assists with operating equipment, assembling components, preparing materials, inspecting products, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

1) Timely completion of assigned production and manufacturing tasks

2) Accurate assembly, preparation, inspection, and packaging of products and materials

3) Compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and work instructions

4) Safe operation of production equipment and tools

5) Support of efficient and organized production operations

6) Maintenance of clean and safe work areas

7) Reliable support of operational productivity and manufacturing objectives


Education and Experience  

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Typically requires 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or operational      support experience
  • Works under direct supervision
