Lead global delivery teams across application development, integration, testing, support, and operations.
Drive claims modernization through digital, cloud, AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
Ensure delivery quality, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and service reliability.
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and vendors to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Manage budgets, resource planning, workforce strategy, and vendor performance.
DevOps, and continuous improvement practices across teams.
Insurance claims technology and large-scale delivery management.
Strong knowledge of claims systems, digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI/automation, and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record in stakeholder management, program governance, and cross-functional leadership.
Excellent strategic planning, people leadership, and communication skills.
