## Role: Beauty Advisor
We are seeking Beauty Advisors (BA) to deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert product consultation, and represent our brands across department store counters.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup services.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and beauty goals.
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional service and product expertise.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Perform counter operations and adhere to brand standards.
- Maintain product displays, testers, hygiene standards, and stock levels.
- Support daily store tasks including opening/closing procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and tester organization.
Qualifications
Required
- High school graduate or above (open to all majors).
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work retail shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, or in customer service.
- Sales experience in retail or hospitality.
- Makeup artistry skills or professional beauty certification.
- Experience working in department stores or cosmetic counters
