2027 US Internship Program- R&D

Our internship will run from June 7th  2027 to August 13th  2027 

What Do Interns Work On?   

Intern projects propel our beloved brands forward— designing and executing product testing to strengthen quality, driving innovation, developing and testing packaging improvements, and advancing ESG priorities while exploring emerging opportunities to win with Gen Z audiences. 

Applicants could have exposure to the following areas through the 10-week immersive internship experience: 

· Design and execution of product testing 

· Packaging development and testing   

Advancing processing technology  

· Product and packaging innovation 

· ESG / nutrition / packaging sustainability 

· Portfolio renovation  

· Cost & Quality improvement  

· Brand maintenance 

Recipe for Success 

We are looking for candidates who… 

· Are pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029 

· Are innovative thinkers and problem solvers

New Hire Rate: 

· $28 USD per Hour

The Recruitment Process   

Sales Internship program applications are accepted through October, 2nd 2026.  

 • Step 1: Application and Games-Based Assessment   

• Step 2: Virtual Interviews with Business Leaders   

• Step 3: Final On-Site Interview Day at our R&D Facility in Glenview, IL 

Program Location   

Glenview, IL- All interns will be provided housing for the duration of their program.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
