Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) with at least 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility to work the following 8 hour shifts, includes every other weekend both days:
- Every Other Weekend Only on Days (7a-3p) or Overnights (11p-7a)
- Part-Time and PRN Evenings (3p-11p)
- Full-Time on Overnights (11p-7a)
NO PRN AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
- $19 - 22 per hour depending on status and benefits selected
- *$2 Shift Differential for Evenings and Overnights

Requirements
of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be at least 18 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- CPR Certified
- Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
- Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
