What We Need
Corpay is looking for a detail-oriented Payment Processor to join our Corporate Payments team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments through web and IVR payment systems while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payment transactions.
You will work closely with the Team Lead, Payment Processing team, Support, and Client Success teams to deliver a seamless payment experience for our clients.

Role Responsibilities
As a Payment Processor, you will:
- Process payments through approved IVR payment workflows using BizPay and Pega.
- Initiate and navigate automated IVR payment sessions while following approved escalation procedures.
- Verify payment details, vendor information, client instructions, and supporting documentation before processing payments.
- Accurately enter payment information into approved systems and record confirmations, dispositions, and transaction outcomes.
- Research and resolve incomplete, inconsistent, or missing payment information using internal resources.
- Identify IVR errors, payment failures, declined transactions, duplicate payment risks, or system issues and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain accurate payment records, transaction statuses, and system notes.
- Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and payment handling policies.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and team discussions to share updates, resolve blockers, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Team Leads, Support, and Client Success teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in payment operations, financial operations, administrative processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow documented processes accurately.
- Experience navigating automated IVR systems and online payment portals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payment-related issues.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-volume production environment.
- Experience with BizPay and Pega Systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Citrix Workspace.
