About the Role
As an Order Execution Analyst at FLSmidth, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our commercial teams, supply chain operations, and global customers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring technical and financial accuracy, and driving operational excellence to guarantee on-time delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Handling & ERP Management
Enter, validate, and manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders within the ERP system.
Audit order details to verify commercial conditions, pricing, lead times, and specific technical configurations.
Execute order modifications, cancellations, or logistical adjustments efficiently while maintaining system integrity.
2. Operational Coordination & Risk Mitigation
Collaborate closely with supply chain, purchasing, and logistics teams to verify product availability and secure optimal dispatch schedules.
Actively monitor orders in progress across production, supply sourcing, and transportation phases.
Identify potential execution risks early and propose swift corrective actions to ensure compliance with committed delivery dates.
3. Control, Compliance & Financial Support
Validate compliance with established corporate commercial and financial policies.
Ensure flawless documentation and full traceability of all processed orders.
Support the billing department in resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth invoicing processes.
4. Data Management & Continuous Improvement
Maintain real-time updates of order statuses across all internal tracking systems.
Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports, focusing on metrics such as DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time), OTS (On-Time Shipping), and response lead times.
Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize order execution workflows.
