Description
Spanish River Counseling Center has served the needs of people from all walks of life for over 30 years. SRCC offers flexible working schedule, front office assistance and a wonderful working environment in our beautiful new free-standing office building. Close access to I95 and the Florida Turnpike is a plus for our clientele.
We are currently looking to hire a passionate, experienced and skilled psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) to our team. Candidate may be licensed or a qualified intern under supervision. Former private practice work is preferred but not required.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Establish positive, trusting professional rapport with each client.
- Assess and evaluate each client to determine a best practice treatment plan.
- Provide ongoing assessment of the plan with the client to assure plan effectiveness.
- Refer client to other specialists for treatment when warranted.
- Maintain thorough records, progress notes, treatment plans in accordance to the Licensing Board of Florida.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
- Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Have ability to establish new clientele as well as receiving general client intakes.
- Possess a desire to continue your growth as a professional therapist. Participate in team case review opportunities as well as attending presentations by outside professionals to grow our knowledge base.
