We’re looking for a Home Health Aide / Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful connections with our residents in a warm, respectful environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Includes Every Other Weekend & Rotating Holidays
- 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
- Base Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
- Weekend differential: $2.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
