With 20,000+ pairs of boots in stock and brands like Justin, Harley-Davidson, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Sterling River, and more, there’s always something happening at Boot Country.

We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Full-Time Stock Associate who takes pride in organization, accuracy, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll be an important part of keeping our store running smoothly. Working alongside our managers and sales team, you’ll make sure merchandise gets where it needs to go quickly and accurately.

Your day may include:

• Unload incoming shipments from commercial carriers and verify carton counts against delivery receipts.
• Check shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
• Process, organize, and replenish merchandise so products are easy to find and ready for customers.
• ? Keep the stockroom organized and efficient while identifying ways to improve storage and organization.
• ? Maintain accurate inventory by properly tagging and categorizing merchandise by gender, brand, style, and size.
• Help protect our inventory by watching for shrinkage and potential security concerns and reporting issues to management.
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor safe and clean by securing ladders, removing trash and pallets, and breaking down cardboard and boot boxes.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle!

Our ideal Stock Associate has:

• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A commitment to providing great customer service
• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, and counting skills to accurately complete documentation
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active, hands-on position. Stock Associates should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for the entire shift
• Bending, reaching, lifting, and moving merchandise
• Accessing all areas of the sales floor and stockroom
• Operating equipment necessary to perform the job
• Handling and moving merchandise generally weighing 0–50 pounds
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) 

• Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
• The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.
