Sobre a vaga:
Esse profissional vai trabalhar para fornecer suporte técnico de manutenção e supervisão técnica diária necessário para manter a operação segura e confiável dos equipamentos de Manutenção na instalação. Participar da equipe de manutenção que suporta melhoria de confiabilidade em todas as instalações de Operações do site de Aratu e ABO. Requer habilidades e experiência avançadas em uma gama de processos, procedimentos e sistemas e / ou especialização técnica em mecânica de rotativos para executar uma ampla gama de tarefas complexas de trabalho. Pode atuar como uma equipe de trabalho líder, fornecer orientação sobre o assunto e coordenar o trabalho de uma equipe.
Responsabilidades:
- Diagnosticar e corrigir os problemas em equipamentos.
- Definir e concluir atividades de manutenção preventiva.
- Verificar o dimensionamento de componentes e peças.
- Especificar, requisitar e instalar equipamentos.
- Coordenar peças sobressalentes de manutenção.
- Auxiliar no planejamento, priorização e agendamento de manutenção por meio do planejador, coordenador de trabalho e entrada de operações.
- Configurar e calibrar, testar, medir e consertar todos os tipos de controles necessários para realização da manutenção de equipamentos rotativos / estáticos.
- Reparar, manter e instalar equipamentos e máquinas que são utilizados no processo.
- Resolver problemas e reparar a análise de falhas de documentos e processos.
- Coletar dados de operação e histórico de equipamentos para facilitar melhorias de confiabilidade.
- Trabalhar dentro dos Processos de Trabalho de Manutenção estabelecidos e ajudar a resolver problemas de maior complexidade, suportar atividades de planejamento e acompanhar atividades no campo.
Experiência:
- Formação técnica mecânica, eletromecânica ou áreas afins.
- 10 anos de experiência em manutenção.
- Inglês desejável (não mandatório para função).
